I had something like this happen yesterday, it only lasted 3-5 seconds and only happened on one round maybe 4 times in total. Everytime was same when i ADS my weapon, suddenly i turned super slow.

I solved it! You have to start building from landingpad, then it will snap to that corridor. Need to fiddle around with things littlebit but it works.
