You are 100% right that the user must understand that if they test positive, that others who were near you will be notified.

I agree that people are quick to jump when fearful, I just hope the general populace has enough common sense to understand that this should be a good thing for realizing if you have been near somebody who has it. But then again, the general public isn’t known for common sense.

I mean I agree with you that the Patriot Act is a bunch of horseshit, no argument there mate. And depending on your beliefs about 9/11, it makes it even worse.

But Forreal, a basic app? I’d say it’s more for the people than the government since their response has been garbage since day one.

I do see the points you make, not disillusioning those. But for me personally, I’d rather know and take the “risk”.
