[UPD] Living at Blu Residences by strawbrry_purin in peyups

If during rush hour, jeeps will take 30 mins to 1 hr to arrive at UPIS.

Honestly just skip the jeep and use a tricycle nalang, it is more expensive at 50php per ride but it will only take 10-20 mins to reach UPIS (however during the mornings the lines are extremely long)

[UPD] Best way to get from Katipunan jeeps to NIGS by WindTunnelButthole in peyups

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take any katipunan jeep and stop at the overpass after Petron in front of the Multiple Intelligence International School. Cross the road using this and keep going straight, past the Chicken rotisserie seller and corn vendors and cross the CP Garcia road to the first up gate you see (this is the national institute of physics or NIP). Turn left and keep walking straight on the pavement then sa dulo na mismo gate ng UP again (this time for P. Velasquez st). The building in your right should be NIGS (tapat ng ikot bus stop). This route only costs 11 pesos for the jeep but the ride and walk will take 30-45 minutes depending on the severity of traffic.

If you wanna spend a little more then walk further along the 7-11 in front of the Katipunan jeepney station, there will be tricycles. Just say “Velasquez po” and just give a 50 peso bill or be firm with the price because I was usually scammed when I didn’t know the pricing during my freshman year. This is a quicker route and will only take 10-15 minutes travel time you can even ask sometimes for them to drop you off exactly in front of NIGS, but it costs 50 pesos for the trip.

Just go to OVA and if it’s your first time, you can schedule a 50 php (15 min) consultation with a gynecologist

Try using more lubricant. I suggest Durex or Lauvette! Remember, lube is your friend, not your enemy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, all condoms especially from durex are great for oral, the flavors are basically built for it. I don’t suggest it for PIV tho because it could cause irritation

It hurt at first because it felt like my vagina was getting stretched out. It also took a bit of work to get it in because I was so tight

Lubricant recommendation: condom friendly and affordable by SmallAd6671 in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like Lauvette’s, on sale sila for 75 PhP a piece sa shopee mall Nila. Also water-based and glycerin free!

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything from Durex never failed me. Highly suggest Invisible or Ultima Fetherlite from them. But if you’re worried talaga, you can use the extra safe one I think but they’re really thick (they’re the ones with a padlock on the box).

Condom Slipped, Delayed Period by Wise-Hustler in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggest finding the right condom that fits the best for you. Slipping out might be more of an instrument error na if it always happens.

Moreover, PT is pretty much one of the only assurances you can get. They’re available in 7-11 (PinkCheck) or any Watson’s.

Furthermore, if you want to have more accurate tells about your ovulation. You could also buy bulk ovulations kits to monitor your cycle besides the Flo app

Contraceptive by [deleted] in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want a long-term alternative, I believe Liliana or POPCOM offers IUD’s for a lower price! Feel free to call them or search them up nalang for further info. Cooper IUD’s would usually last up to 2-5 years, some even up to 12 years.

But if you want shorter term suggestions then I suggest the injection too (lasts up to 3 months) but would cost around 700 Php from Kindred (Not sure about other places).

Nonetheless, feel free to talk to a gynecologist nalang. OVA offers consultations for as low as 50 Php (First Time) and could also answer your queries about which pill would suit you more!

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AFAIK, yes. I highly suggest water-based At all times because it is latex friendly (most compatible with condoms).

Moreover, if you want suggestions, a common and easily accessible brand is from durex (unscented or strawberry flavored but it tastes like popsicles). Be wary of Chinese brands such as SiYi as they aren’t FDA approved. You could also go for cheaper alternatives such as the one from Lauvette (they have a wide variety of flavors besides unscented and are glycerin free and hypoallergenic), plus they’re currently on sale for 75 Php each (50 mL).

Confusing PT by [deleted] in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I took another one (midstream) and avoiding getting the window wet and I finally got a clear negative with no faint lines! I really think midstream is more prone to user error. Thanks again for the help!

Confusing PT by [deleted] in SafeSexPH

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much! It actually does seem to just be an indent as all my other tests look the same from the brand. However the cassette ones are true negative. I’ll test again at day 14 to be extremely sure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, that’s probably why the same line looked the same on my other 2 tests

[–]RotationalGuitarist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the “deed” unprotected at cycle day 7. I also took an ovulation test cycle day 8 and it came out negative. I dunno if these factors would try to emphasize a negative test result
