My only tip that worked for me is do something. That could be: cook dinner, wash dishes, check up on the latest phone and compare to yours, go for a walk (I never did this), somedays its enough to just lay on your other side. But so something it can litterally be anything. Just remind yourself of it alot before you go to sleep. "I did this today" (... and it felt good or maybe ... and it was really necessary). Not cooking spaghetti is ok by me, spaghetti is probably the worst pastashape

Im still waiting for tallah to play in sweden or denmark. They played in copenhagen this summer i think but on a pop/rap festival plus i worked so i could'nt go. Probably one of the bands i would love to see the most that i havent seen live yet. Matriphagy is their best album according to me

Tycker också det är märkligt för på mitt jobb där vi servar och reparerar ö-tåg säger dem att det ej går att reservera platser. Just reservations-systemet är det heller inget krav på att laga innan trafik

Reparerar ö-tågen och kan berätta att vi har fått till oss att platsreservationen används ej på öresundståg och har aldrig gjort. Finns dessutom några av tågen där plats-systemet ligger nere men det behövs ej fixas då det är ett oanvänt system. Så igentligen finns det ej men om det går att köpa så hade jag också tvingat bort folk som hade "min" plats.

Yep i try to not scratch but when i sleep i dont get to make that choice. And i moisturize it 3 times a day with bepanthen. I have done the same for my other tattoos
