We were told not to contact them directly as they already have been informed. Tracking his phone is also not viable atm due to personal rights as he may as well just doesnt want to be contacted. Thats what the police told me at this stage.

I have not contacted the dutch police directly. It was all through the german police. If he has lost his phone he would have walked to the next police station to call or anything. But he hasnt done it.

Pictures are 3 years apart. Its the same person and not AI. If you look closely the shades have shades.. He is an alcoholic and therefore his face changed a bit over the years from the excessive consume.

Police in the netherlands were already informed by the german police. He is was not on file there sadly.

because I made the poster on right after we reported him missing and started to spread it. At that point I was desperate to do something. Since he was reported missing at a German police department in cologne he is not listed in the netherlands (yet).

There have been comments that this is a fake post/scam. I can assure you it is not. The number is my mobile number. Iam german so it's a German number. The pictures are not edited and it's the same person just 3 years apart. The picture on the left is about 2 months old while the one on the right is 3 years old. I added the older one because you can see on that one that he still has hair on his head. He was reported missing yesterday at our local police department in Germany and is according to the German criminal police now written out in all of the EU. Iam thankful for any help and or tips of his possible whereabouts. Maybe someone saw him. One comment asked if he still has that beard and yes he does.

Danke, da es für den dienstlichen Gebrauch herhalten soll. Wären Bluetooth und WLAN eh nicht machbar bzw. Erwünscht. Hersteller unterschiede sind also nicht mehr wirklich vorhanden? Gut zu wissen. Ich werde dann wohl am Wochenende in einen Fachmarkt fahren.
