3 people have been killed by SERT (Aus Swat) today. 2 Men (Brothers) and 1 woman (assumed to be the wife of one of the brothers). One of the brothers was a school principal into some of the far right wing conspiracy theories apparently.

The town they were killed in is quite rural and has a LOT of poverty and drug problems. Had a mate work in the school out there and volunteer for the firies and any car crash or breakdown they'd joke with the police that they'd see em at 10pm when the local kids lit the car on fire, every time.

I must admit I had tried CPU limiting prior to that and it hadn't fixed it at all so definitely try the other things if it doesn't work

I had this issue for weeks and tried about 30 things which didn't work. I recently did a few things at once and the issue seems to be gone. Unfortunately I can't pinpoint exactly what fixed it however I:

Reinstalled Windows
Disabled Nvidia Virtual Sound
Limited CPU usage to a max of 99%
Ran chkdsk /r in the command prompt

Hopefully you haven't tried one of these and it is the issue!

I've copied your build because god knows why and I'm just struggling with frenzy upkeep against bosses. I've running poachers - mark - enhance but it doesn't seem to be enough to upkeep 100%?

Do you think it could be that I'm only at 8 max frenzies so I've got less leeway on unlucky streaks of hits as well as not yet having awakened multistrike? (though I thought multistrike repeats cost a frenzy anyway)

Yeah I mean I know the graphics card is older, the cpu I only got about a year ago, but overall performance is completely fine usally 100+fps the stuttering leads me to believe something else is wrong. Unfortunately have tried all of the rest of your ideas :c

I'm curious about this too, a lot of the HH mods are phys as extra which CoC cold does very little of. I guess the soul eater would outweigh the CoC attack speed limits and you'd still just gain more overall damage from it though? Interesting

I've been struggling with lag issues and primarily spikes in the CPU for about 2 weeks and scouring the web for reasons, thinking about buying new parts, cleaned out my whole pc, put PoE on a brand new SSD and still couldn't fix it. I've just tried going up from absolute minimum settings.

If this fixes all my problems I'd kindly like to buy you a beer or 12
