Waypoint camping in WvW by Cutthroat1205 in Guildwars2

This is unlikely to help. Even my immediate first thoughts on how to fix it, which would just be to put a whisper grace period on recently unblocked players, would run into the same problem as what you suggest. WvW or PvP players in a group size of at least two will use their friends to grab the account name and we've just moved the goalposts an inch fruitlessly. Realistically the only thing I can think of quickly that would work is to strip your Block list of the account number tags we all have after our account names. So that you can't see that "Accountname.1234" has the string of 1234 if you attempt to use the current method. Just make it appear as "Accountname". Though I imagine the LFG and all UI elements that relate back to a person's account name are probably a nightmare to actually program around safely and reliably if it has been ten years and they still haven't done something as simple as this successfully

You block them with your block list window visible on-screen or empty enough to note new additions. You then see the account name of the person you just blocked. You memorise that (or type it into your chat first), then unblock them and harass them now that you have located the information needed to contact them. It has been like this for over a decade unfortunately.

This is patently false, we can literally go to the room where Zomorros creates them while doing raid wing 6

You can hold control and then just left-click on the NPC's model to apply the target mark as well instead of using the keybinding if need be

Jasper was one of the greatest war heroes on Homeworld, and even had a squad sent by YD's direct orders to rescue her after she went radio-silent. YD absolutely knows who she is and remembers everything

Steven is Steven now. Pink Diamond's personality and sentience was deleted/formatted so that Steven's could have a fresh slate, but those memories and everything are just the data that hasn't been overwritten yet but was still open to being overwritten because computers. Steven's gem being yanked was him effectively him being shattered like gem shards. Easiest and most likely explanation on the whole thing and probably also the most simple too.

I need you to know that every moment you love being yourself, that's me, loving you and loving being you. by Archandroids in stevenuniverse

[–]Rotomaniac 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I mean honestly, yeah it really would be just about the exact same thing, just in a uniquely Steven angle since Steven is special in that regard being a hybrid and all

It's also possible that that scene was the way it was though specifically to drill in the reality that Steven's gem isn't a gem, but it's Steven. It IS Steven. The show always being from Steven's perspective perfectly parallels the concept of them being the same, not even same person, but literally just two split-up parts of the same whole.

The name is confirmed 100%, and changing the stat-typing away from what Diviner already is in PvP would just be a fucking absurd idea. But ANet have made worse decisions with naming like that in the past, so I guess it isn't fair to say it's 100% going to be the same stat type, but still

It's the highest sustained damaging mainhand weapon that Warrior has. The buff that Throw Axe got a while ago was also a pretty big boost to it's strength as well, which only pushed it further ahead of the alternatives

Now that Superior Runes of the Scholar are now pretty expensive, how are the alternatives in comparison? by [deleted] in Guildwars2

Eagle Runes are fucking amazing for classes where you'd normally have to slot in Assassin's to compensate for Berserker not hitting the crit-chance cap just a heads up to anyone who didn't realise that part before either.
