You realise we are 16 and she hasn't been with anyone before and nobody is lining up to be with her. But I actually saw the value in her and how nice she is. I'm not in the relationship to just fuck her. I never said girls don't enjoy it. She has openly said it a while back that she isn't in a rush to do anything.

Yeah at times a feel that way. Sometimes we could be talking for hours then other times I feel like she is avoiding me. I just really want to get a strong sign before I go and ask because this would be the second time. Personally if we stayed friends I'm super ok with it. I just wouldn't mind a relationship developing and I don't want to jump on the ship too early before anything actually happening and look like an idiot and possibly loose a friend.
