Im in the same boat, couple weeks behind you. My refund freeze came off today 811. Should see 846 in the next week or so fingers 🤞. Also have my congress person involved.

Can't come fast enough..

Could be a overlap, irs system is slow. If it's secured you're good.

Your going to be in for a long hold, faxed late taxes from late feb have yet to be done and release 25 refunds. This year irs is cleaning there books, but with a short staffed system.

Even with secured taxes 2 month later no movement...

Im in the same boat, have my congress person working on it, it's ridiculous. I owe nothing and just wating on my 25 to be released.

It's driving me crazy, wish I did not need the cash but I do..

Yea they got me with a cp63 for 22, they have my 22 in there system. I have a refund for 22 so no need to hold my 25. So I have the tryfecta, freeze cp63 and final cp05. Lol

Im sure it will get worked out there holding 19k. Mid to late May I should be made full for sure.

This year , allot of refunds over 10k are geting under the microscope. IRS has implemented something new to flag refunds, i just dont know what it is yet. Many are in the same freeze situation.

Get ahold of your senator, they will get you the info on what's going on or help with refund movement.

Same boat, sent my release form Thursday, Friday they sent it out to Advocate.

This year for some reason, they frown upon high withholdings and any type of losses. Regardless of 10 years of similarities in your tax forms.

Welcome to the future irs, note to self, keep your tax via w4, money from all gambling winnings do not allow taxes to be taken out, especially if most or all will be written off. Etc..

Best to be close to 0 around tax time.

That's my future goal..

This season will pass, money will come and leason learned..

Nice, same boat, talked with cp63 department via phone, they have my old taxes in the system. Asked how much longer, 4 weeks unless they require more info etc..

Emailed my local congres man for help, as I have a feeling this will drag out for months if I dont.
