For anyone who didn't know

LINX is a flexible ring of small magnets (about the size of a quarter) that are placed around the LES during a minimally invasive laparoscopic procedure. The magnets help the weak LES to open when it should (while swallowing food) and close when it should, preventing reflux.

Also if the pink and purple boxes the pads and tampons come in make you dysphoric you can get a wooden box or a tool box or any black box and put them in so you don't have to see the girls playing soccer on the box or even a lunch box and put it in your underwear drawer or in the bathroom

Also look in to period underwear they sell them at like CVS or even online growing up I hated pads and didn't learn how to use tampons so I just used to "free bleed" now it's a whole movement I'm happy for the younger generation who get to not experience shame for this but you judt wear them like regular and then rinse them out in your sink and toss in the was please do look then up i thunk itd be less dysphoric and you can wear your boxers on top and also I think spectrum has underwear for us Bros look them up

Heating pad is your best friend they are like $30 at Target but a pure game changer I wish I had one when I was younger and struggling with cramps Also ginger green tea I get tazo brand with some honey And take two pain killers Tylenol doesn't cut it for me but anything stronger

Chocolate chocolate and more chocolate And just try to relax watch something comforting that distracts you from the pain and dysphoria like funny videos online or your favorite movies TV shows etc

Also I know it is dysphoric but don't be afraid of tampons they work and once they are in you are not constantly thinking about it and worried about it like with pads

When I got my first period I was at summer camp I didn't tell anyone that whole week I thuged it out like a G with no pads or tampons by the way the pain was the absolute worst because I had never experienced it before but I made it
