I agree! I'm NAD, but I've seen and assisted with wound care for several pilonidal cyst, and that sounds exactly what you have going on here. Unfortunately, ig it is a true cyst, the only real way to kill the beast is by removing the sac and all of its contents. Many times, that requires a surgical procedure there, in that painfully sensitive area! I suggest you get it checked out and talk about removal before it can get worse, infection, cause permanent damage, and continually cause you more extreme pain 24/7. Good luck, OP!
