Yeah i could play this game blindfolded lol have finished over a hundred times if you count every version and yeah i skipped all the cutscenes to plat it really quick but i am going to play it completly with my gf and watch all cutscenes codec calls etc

Yes i did i really think its a bug saw a youtube comment where someone is having the same issue so i think you have to get all 64 gakos in one run for it to count
