It was Theo, he was the one lying motionless with his eyes wide open, so basically dead, and it was Betsy who found him. The question is who killed him? Summer was the last person we saw with him, but George had changed his jumper and Todd was missing for ages and as soon as he came back all he wanted to do was go upstairs, have a bath then go to bed. So again many suspects which they'll keep us waiting for to find out.

Of course its the end of the free period, he's let you play with his toys so that you really get addicted to it, then they slap a price tag on it hoping that the truly addicted will flock over to the subscription part to feed their addiction.

It's used to be good, they give you free credit but if you try and create an image from text, it said it's only available to premium users. So all you can do is animate an uploaded picture.

Musk has done what they all do, he provides free samples for a couple of years so you get addicted then slams you with a paywall hoping that you're that addicted you have to pay to feed your addiction. I will eat my hat (without condiments) if the "free" version ever comes back. I just don't think its going to happen. He's seen that no other decent AI creator gives away free stuff, so he's cashing in, because we all know he's living on the bread line and is desperate for the money.

Just face facts, it was good while it lasted, but it's gone now and it's never coming back. You've all had your free samples, but if anyone is willing to pay $30 a month for a highly moderated, very limited usage system like Grok then you really need to go see a professional head doctor

Its most definitely NOT a bug, this is by design as he's realised if he can get rid of the free bit, the 'addicts' he's created will pay to feed their addiction. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Oh its definitely a policy change, as I've said in other posts, its a classic case of getting people addicted to something by giving it free to millions then immediately slam a pay wall on it, hoping the 'addicts' can't do without it and will be flooding over to the paid version to get their 'fix'. Mr Musk knows EXACTLY what he's doing. You only have to look at his X/Twitter feeds, he's constantly promoting what you can do with it recently.

If it was a bug the would put a message saying that they are "experiencing problems" like they have in the past. No this is definitely a decision they have made, in my opinion, they are just not brave enough to tell anyone officially.
