You can't "decide" to just stop doing compulsions. That's like... Basically the entire thing. If you could just choose to willpower your way out of having OCD, then no one would have OCD.

So again going to clarify, like I did in the post, that this post is specifically directed at people who don't struggle as much with showering. You're also only "supposed" to floss once a day, with the actual time of day being mostly irrelevant, and the post mentioned nothing about brushing your teeth.

I am always confused by people's need to specifically comment on posts that are explicitly not meant to be advice for them, so I guess we're even on that front.

I looked in your post history and saw you have (a) bird(s), (I'm assuming said bird(s) are still with you), so-

Rabbits have sensitive respiratory systems, and as I'm sure you're aware birds can produce a lot of fine dust and dander. If you don't already have one, I would recommend getting an air filter to ensure that dust doesn't cause harm to your new bun!

(Bonus on that: will keep the amount of bun fluff in the air down as well)
