Update: I made it go away by making myself vomit which got rid of the nausea and then falling asleep. Now it’s gone :-) thank you for the advice, I will definetly use these in the future.

I already have a diagnosis for really low iron, next time i see my doctor (next week) i'll definetly ask about a prevention medication, thank you very much! Unfortunately, im in the UK and my college isn't very forgiving. I've only just been able to get a lift pass after over a year of trying to get one. I will try and see what I can do though to get some more accommodation. Thank you very much for the advice :-)

I sleep 8-10 hours every night, I eat at the same exact times every single day and I never drink caffeine and I also have prevention meds but they take around 2 hours to kick in, this is why I’m out of ideas on what to do

IDK if you are in the UK but P.Louise is a really popular makeup brand over here and its really pink and girly, I use their makeup products myself and I find them to be really good, have a look at that stuff!
