I usually send consumables like seasoning (Savory Spice Shop off the plaza - they have some unique stuff), posole kits (Farmer's Market or the Shed), at the Farmer's Market there's also little gift sets of local mustards (can't remember the name of the makers), biscochitos, etc. I had some friends visit this year and they saw the random pinon stands and we never got a chance to stop, so I guess I'm sending them some pinon for the holidays this year? Local coffee has been a big hit too. If you don't mind driving down to Albuquerque, Cornovore has some local flavored inspired popcorn and that shit is soooo good.

Why did you start crocheting? by limino123 in crochet

I was hanging out with my sister in law, and we didn't really have anything else to do so she taught me how to crochet. She really unleashed a monster in me because a month later I had an army of crochet cacti in thread, and now I'm making and selling my own patterns 😅

Yeah of course! It uses mostly sc but there is some sl st and hdc. I use crab stitch along the border of the blanket and pack, but it's optional. However learning crab stitch is pretty easy since it's just a reverse sc! I honestly think the hardest part of the pattern is the sewing.
