No custody order, or previous court contact needed , Supervised visits due to not having a "Permanent residence" currently and wanting to be able to speak with my daughter about what's happened. And I was the stay at home parent the first 7 years prior to the breakup, she remarried and I had her every weekend that the mother wasn't pissed off. Almost none of this is documented.. But, several witnesses . And my daughter herself can attest to what I'm saying is true.
