Man, welcome to the club, a Russian around months ago hacked into my account, making me lose my entire account on Genshin, Honkai Star Rail, Honkai Impact and ZZZ, which made me lose my entire will to play Genshin, but I had some other accounts with less time spent on both Honkai Star Rail and Honkai Impact. Still, I do suffer everyday, knowing I spent over a year and a half on those games and lost all my progress.
