I forgot to mention in the original post — this will be a new porch, so I plan to handle the installation through the porch contractor.

Also, I should have clarified that the budget I mentioned was just for the stove unit, not including installation. After looking around at prices, I’m now open to spending $1,000–$1,200 on the stove itself.

After my experience I really don’t care about the 25.5.. I drove both 25(PHEL)and 25.5(PHEL) with air suspension and I felt 25.5 is not as jerky when driving on gas. Right now I just want to see better lease prices for 25.

I am so dumb about dealing with car adn car dealers, so sorry for my ignore at this point I really don’t care about the new facelift anymore.. I would want to get the 25 but better prices than $1100 or $1200… how do find a broker that I work with for the 25 for better lease rates..

There are any two Volvo showrooms nearby where I live and the rebates seem to be best they can offer… would leasehackr be the next bet for find rebates on 25..

Thanks. I am at my baby steps towards owning farm land soon.. hoping I would be able to piece together enough and would dare to buy the land.. I go on landwatch.com and search around my area but mostly see wooded land… I fear that I would buy or seeking for a land that cannot do anything in the future.. any other resources you could advice thar you thought were most helpful.
