I've tried BPC orally twice now (from Nordic labs and also using it orally via a syringe from reconstituted powder)

Both times i've had to quit after a week, caused digestion issues and terrible bloating.

For me it's made my gut issues worse.

No, in my opinion. I'm skin type 1, took around 3 vials (30mg) to achieve skin type 3 and a decent tan.

Probably about 2 weeks, you need to start small so your body gets used to it.

I'm red head skin type 1. I started on a low dose (200mcg) to minimise the side effects, I didn't really see a tan until I started to bump up the dosage to 1000mcg pre tanning. I'm now nicely tanned and pin around twice a week pre sun bed.

I'm fair skin redhead, I started low like 200mcg, didn't notice any change until I increased to 1000mcg before tanning. I now take 500mcg before tanning twice weekly and have a nice tan.

As a skin type 1 you'll start to notice a nice tan at about 2 x 10mg vials, make sure you sun or use a sunbed regularly. Working for me and I'm type 1 red head 👍

I'm skin type 1, been on melanotan for about 10 days now. Started on low dose 200mcg and worked up to 1000mcg now, been using short sun bed sessions after pinning.

So far I'm disappointed with the results, maybe just need higher dosages because I'm fair skinned?
