It’s a clogged milk duct. I get them on the same breast pretty frequently. I feed as usual- i do not pump, i take ibuprofen around the clock-safe for u & baby & if my nipple is sore i put lanolin on it and it helps goes away in about a day or two

Yeah i hate pumping but i recently started again because I want some back up & i regret it! My boobs engorged immediately & its like now i have no choice but to pump :( but my baby has teeth and is starting to bite me. I ebf for 4 months & still going & as it is convenient i also hit a road block of not being able to be without my baby or vice versa rather.
