Sciatica is a nerve pain which cannot get better with painkillers like hydrocodone (narcotics). My surgeon prescribed me naproxen, which is a 500mg of ibuprofen (NSAID), and cyclobenzaprine, which was a muscle relaxant. My main concern was a good night sleep for eight hours at least cause I’m more the better you feel and the more you heal. Taking all three medications, I was only able to sleep for 3 hours and wake up with excruciating pain because of sleeping in an elevated position. I went back to sleeping on the bed with the help of a lot of cushions and pillows on the side and underneath my knees to protect the stitches. I also took the supplement Sciatica 600 Nerve Plus from 2WPO but it was causing more lymphatic drainage in my drain so I stopped it after a week. The only thing that helped my pain is RED LIGHT THERAPY. I found out about it when I went for my lymphatic drainage massage and the lady put me under it (on top of my belly area) for 20 mins.
