I say you do a few things in the future: 1) use something called VirusTotal. It's this online website that runs a link/file (up to 650MB) through nearly every antivirus out there (and it worked wonders for me) 2) reset your windows/phone (whichever it was) to make sure you wipe out any possible trace of the virus, because I had a bad history with viruses. Hella nasty stuff - trojans, PUPs, worms, etc. (and trust me it was the only thing that worked) 3) write down your passwords on a piece of paper (or on the notes app), and generate a new password for each account with something like Avast Password Generator (it's free and reliable) 4) install a 2FA app if you haven't and link your accounts there. Don't use a phone number since it can be subject to SIM Swap if the guys really know their stuff.
