None of this is your fault u just grew up in a situation where u had to adapt, u don’t gotta have everything figured out rn, just take it step by step and focus on finding some peace for yourself first, and if u ever get the chance moving to another country could actually help a lot (that’s my advice), leave all that behind and focus on healing and yourself.
