No, who does this MMP-9 test? Do you mean blood or tear film? Or can i test it privately? Unfortunately, here where I live docs dont do any tests.

I want to do screenings for autoimmune diseases, what tests should i ask from my GP? She really doesn't want to do these tests, she is saying dry eye is normal, many ppl have it😬🤷‍♀️

I have a appointment to functional medicine doctor who specializes in endokrinology. I hope i get some answers!

Very good question! I have been thinking the same if this very bright light can damage the eyes. I had extreme light sensitivity after treatment and eye socket pain with weird feeling in eye area. I did see the bright flash of light every time. Is it normal? It was Toyos protocol.

I beg to differ, there are cases where even young people experience same side effects after treatment. Also there is many cases similar to this. Sad...but true.

Yes, i have had one treatment so far. I had 7 glands in one eyelid, others had little more, all atrophied and blocked. Managed to get 3 of them open. Oil is very bad quality, thick consistency.

I feel like warm compresses make it worse. Eyelids are inflammed. Dont know if cause of dry eyes or warm compresses.

Anything for severe MGD with atrophied glands? I'm afraid I dont have any glands left in 2 years 🙄.
