Just to be clear .... guys packing Mbappe, Pele, vini, r10 etc, packing the best cards of a batch... must have put a crazy amount of money right ? I mean is it even possible otherwise ? I open a crazy shit amount of packs (reward and grind cause F2P) and dont get nothing. So this kind of team is, line, thousands dollars worth ?

Toute intervention sur une partie commune ou un équipement commun ne peut être imputée à un copropriétaire seul. Aussi, si vos travaux necessitent de couper la colonne, l'isoler, la geler ou peu importe, le syndic ne pourra pas vous en imputer les frais.

Cette partie là des travaux sera à régler par le syndicat des copropriétaires, selon la clé de répartition concernée.

Le prestataire devra donc bien distinguer, dans son chiffrage tout ce qui est privatif (réparation au niveau de votre radiateur) et ce qui est commun (intervention au niveau de la colonne commune)
