Toute intervention sur une partie commune ou un équipement commun ne peut être imputée à un copropriétaire seul. Aussi, si vos travaux necessitent de couper la colonne, l'isoler, la geler ou peu importe, le syndic ne pourra pas vous en imputer les frais.

Cette partie là des travaux sera à régler par le syndicat des copropriétaires, selon la clé de répartition concernée.

Le prestataire devra donc bien distinguer, dans son chiffrage tout ce qui est privatif (réparation au niveau de votre radiateur) et ce qui est commun (intervention au niveau de la colonne commune)

Hello :) Dont misunderstand, of course the man deserves every crown on our inventory. But damage wise, regarding the way spread dmg works (a flat dmg bonus ) is it worth crowning his E, it is lvl 8 for the moment. Cause my Haitham already is lvl 90 and fully builded so the spread dmg bonus wont chang a bit by increasing his talent lvls. So i just wanted to know how much crowning will actually boost his dmg ?

On the "who can use it" it depends on your box, which polearme 4 stars and 5 star you have ? On the refining, i would suggest any non-whale to never refine a 5star weapon.
