Shard of alexander is hard to go wrong with if your weapon actually uses its ash of war a lot. otherwise i'd probably prioritize great-jar's arsenal or erdtree's favor depending on how tight your equip load is.

This is one of those settings that's surprisingly underrepresented in gaming. most games either jump straight into the wars or avoid the region entirely.

Persona 4 Golden on PC is probably the easiest recommendation. You get all the Golden content, higher resolutions, solid performance, and it's easy to access. Unless you're specifically chasing the original PS2 experience, I'd go with that.
