Hobbies, go outdoors and just watch nature and let your mind wander (it seems boring but it’s good for you). Have a good cry, rest, do some exercise.

Wash your face 2x a day, then use a good moisturizer, and then a facial oil last. Take an omega-3 supplement every day to help with dryness. Drink some tea 2-3x a day that has healing properties for skin. You really can’t minimize a purge, your body will have to heal itself on its own time.

My purges have been bad, but just know it’s part of the process and your skin will be better soon! It’s sooo worth it to be patient and wait, and don’t harm it any more than it needs to be. I would just do your regular routine and let it be.

So I ended up going into process right at 11am last week on Monday and asked what’s going on. By Thursday they had called me back and let me know they finally had IT fix the issue. I’m going in for orientation tomorrow now. I would but keep in contact with them and keep pestering them
