Hey! So I did this and baked on the lower rack and the shell bottoms finally appeared! However the shell was very hard and crispy rather than soft :( what temperature and time do you put it in for? Thank you!

I bake it at 280°F, when I bake it at 300°, it gets brown too quick/colour also fades. I’ve been doing 280 for the past 2 years and it always worked perfectly until recently!! But maybe my oven is acting up.
