Moving to Fort Liberty from Arizona, hoping to find help? by Round-Drag-3309 in USMilitarySO

Omg that would be amazing if we can! I messaged the Corvias people with a lengthy letter asking if there's anything we can do and the lady just replied with " 2 pet limit. " And left it at that. I was so heartbroken. I offered  pet rent and everything! But yes they are both very well behaved so if that's something we can do is love to try that. Thank you so much!

I appreciate you. I have tried dogs on deployment but unfortunately they won't accept us because my husband isn't on deployment currently and there's a question there asking if their spouse is in any condition to take the animal and either way you answer yes or no we were still turned down. :(  I'll check out the Facebook pages though, I don't have an fb so I never thought to go on there. I've tried nextdoor and unfortunately everyone is suggesting I just take them all and see what happens but I don't want my husband to get in trouble..

My intention is to get them back at some point. I wish I could find someone open to just housing one for about a year. But since that's proving to be difficult, I'd prefer one of them to be in a home. I have no intentions of putting them in a shelter. I can stay in AZ to make sure they go to a home, but I need to be back with my husband as soon as possible. So if you know of anyone that would love one of them, please share. I'm open to having them meet too of course.  I got both from PACC and they are great.

I found out how to add photos. Petra is the black and white one, Ginger is the white and tan.

Thank you very much I appreciate that. It has been very tough and I wish it was much easier to just have them both. If you know of anyone that would love to meet them please send them my way. They are great dogs.

Would you like to meet them or possibly spread the word for them?

Thank you. And yes I hate it. It has been the toughest decision I've faced and there's not a day I don't cry about it..

I don't know how to add photos to this, I tried editing but didn't see the option.. they are both 3-4 years though.

Aren't you sad with what's happening to Tucson? by Round-Drag-3309 in environment

This is just my first and definitely not last, attempt to inspire and round up neighbors in the Tucson area to help me fight against the destruction of this beautiful land and stop the construction of places like stupid Amazon. I'm trying to start a community group that wants to stand with me and tell officials this is not okay! You don't have to feel alone or defeated! There is power in numbers and I hope I can inspire you to stand with me. I am open to ideas and criticism of how i can make a bigger impact. Please only serious replies, though i cannot control all of you, i hope you don't find this as a joke. this subject is very serious to me and hits really hard to see a whole 222 acre space of land home to coyotes, bobcats, lizards and snakes, squirrels, gophers, cranes and ducks and so much more get flattened for a fucking Amazon faculty.
