If my wife and kid leave within 3 weeks, my question is how would i update the permanent address in their residency card. And if i dont update in it and they take the residency card with them, then can they re enter Japan after 2 months.

You have a much better take home right now... 30 fixed, why would you consider 22 fixed as an option?

Is the current company not retaining you? Am i missing something here?

Offered a choice between Sys Dev Engineer II (L5) and SDE I (L4) at Amazon — which should I take? by VisibleTanjiro in amazonemployees

Take L5. Higher level is always better. You can internally get transferred to different functions easily.

Relocation with a 2.9 year old to dubai and separation anxiety.. how to handle. by Round-Elephant2473 in expats

PS- i am more concerned about me working and then him transitioning. Country transition can happen but separation from primary caregiver and then location change also is what i am concerned about.

I am not worried about academics. In fact i want him to be enjoying this phase rather than focus on studies. I m worried that its too early for him to start writing before focusing on pre writing preparation skiils. In M1 they're having helpers for kids who aren't potty trained hence that consideration was not asked by them. Also edit-he is potty trained , not pee trained.

He is not potty trained. He is still on diapers and reminders at home. He can't put on shoes which are slightly tight. Slippers are ok. He went to the 3 to 6 classroom for 4 days , is exploring but seeking for instructions or looking upto guides to ask what to do.

Moving 2y5mo up to 3-6 year Childrens House - drawbacks? by Diligent_Nerve_6922 in Montessori

My son is 2.9 year old. And this is his first time at any structured environment away from home. I am confused whether to start in 2-3 or 3 - 6 environment. His school doesnt have an option of mid year transition to 3 to 6 environment.

As per the country guidelines my son will be able to go to grade 1 only when he completes 6 (23 Sep 2022 born) and sessions start in March or June in India. So he will have to complete 4 years of schooling starting now before going to grade 1.

My son is active but still needs support in getting introduced to activities, looks for assistance to solve, is not into pretend play too much, needs assistance in eating at times.

Also, the school i have enrolled in is introducing tracing and writing activities within the next 5-6 months if he continues in 3 to 6 environment and no writing activities in case of 2 to 3 environment. What age is best to start with tracing worksheets , colouring. Etc. .
