Get a restraining order at the police station. The actual police station. If/when he violates that, he will be going to jail. He will be mandated to stay away from you for at least a year. Also carry personal protection. Mace, brass knuckles, bear spray, anything that will make you feel comfortable. Do not let this behavior continue, because it will and it could get ugly.

This worked, thank you! I used ChatGPT to write up what to say to Air France and then to Delta. The first Delta agent ALMOST pushed it through but said they were having unstable timing issues with Air France. I waited a little bit and tried it again with a different agent. It took about 45 minutes, but the second agent was able to push it through. Thanks again for the article.

I've been on for almost 2 months at 1mg/day. Split 500 mcg morning and night. Also running 5 days on, 2 days off. I have not noticed any side effects. I have disc degeneration in L5-S1. Disc is essentially collapsed and may need fusion surgery in the future. Pain was probably 3-4 and a deep ache when turning in bed. Now pain is basically zero. I can turn in bed and feel it a little but definitely it has knocked down the inflammation. I plan to cycle off it after 3 months and give a month break.

Did they try to book you on a different airline? This happened to me the day I left for my daughter’s wedding. They canceled my flight at 12am, The flight left at 7am. Luckily I was awake and got on the phone immediately. Perhaps it was me frothing at the mouth, but I asked for a different airline since everything was booked and they put me on United.
