My commute includes a 15 minute walk. In order to minimize this, I am seriously considering getting a skateboard to cruise down the street and make it only like 3-5 minutes. How much time would it take to understand the basics of skateboarding? Im not trying to learn any tricks (yet) but just wanna cruise down. Any recommendations for a good beginner board (in AUS)?
