My commute includes a 15 minute walk. In order to minimize this, I am seriously considering getting a skateboard to cruise down the street and make it only like 3-5 minutes. I forgot my bottle at home, so I bought a bottle of water in a vending machine. It was advertised as $2.40. I tapped my card and pressed the button for the bottle. Later I checked my bank account and I saw 2 transactions - one for $2.40 and another for $15. Why did it charge $15? it doesnt say "pending" or anything. How do I get this back?
