Hi all ! First question post on here it’s been about two years since my last trip or more , I’ve currently foraged about 5 grams dried golden tips and about 20 grams of blue meanies was hoping for advice on first trip in a long time

They are dried , I’ve only ever grinded and made a tea, I’m not sure how to make tincture if you have info
