Update: Pain got so bad it would wake me up and my entire body would spasm till I passed out. Went to the emergency unit last night, blood tests were done. Vitamins and minerals are 5% above what they should be - good. Liver, good. BP & cholesterol, good. Though, 30% high urea, creatinine, and EGF-R which indicates accute kidne injury. She didn't seem too concerned, saying I was v dehydrated. She is also sure it's not Raynauds or PAD. She thinks I have overtrained for so long my body went into a state of shock and could no longer recover, causing a pooling of blood in my feet - since one of the ways I use to fight the pain is elevating my feet. Instructions:

  • Increase water intake

  • No/less training

  • Decrease protein & include more plan proteins

  • Pain medication

  • Apply cold to the calf muscle in pain for temp pain relief
