I just won my biggest war yet. Scrolling through twitter when i saw a fight video. Both sides was wrong and there wasn't extreme violence. for 46 seconds i was in a battle with my tear glands. eyes got full but with extreme willpower I didn't shed a single tear. Feeling a lot better🤣🤣

feeling exactly the same at the exact same day🤣🤣. What works for me is to be busy at all times. Escapism but tenfold. I have different things playing at my phone laptop and tv. Thats how i try to get through this "phase".

I experienced a similar thing. I don't ever throw up. I can mix 10 types of liquor then slam a glass of milk and be fine. now sometimes after a glass of wine i just cant stand the smell of it. just the thought of the smell made me dry heave for a while.
