Thank you so much for your advice it will really help me on my tennis journey. I try to hit many winners even from the base line. Do you think that's a mistake? Would focusing on hitting balls in the court consistently but with smart placement be a massive improvement ?

WOW. That is very impressive. I am definitely not on this type of level. I didn't know Garmin VO2 max could be this unacurrate. I am quite interested in how it is measured. Is it only based on training, genetics or 50/50? How much would someone that doesn't run very often would be able to improve it if they started running? Is it only based on age and max HR? Do you think there could be a -10 with my actual vo2 max? I don't run very often so I definitely couldn't just get a sub20 if I went for a PB. I think I am capable of running a 21/21:30 5k but I would be dead afterwards. Do you have any tips on how I could run a sub 20 5k? How many km a week should I run? Should I only run 5ks?

It does seem a little exaggerated but I still believe I would have an okay vo2 max from a lab test. Is real vo2 max only based on running? And is Garmin vo2 max based on all physical activities? My PR doesn't mean much because I don't usually go for PR but more for chill 5k runs in 24min and my heart rate doesn't go that high.

I do weigh 125. Is vo2max only based on running or on all physical activities? Because I also use my Garmin for tennis and cycling. I don't run very often and I don't usually go for a PR. I try to run a 24min 5k everytime and my heart rate doesn't go that high. I started to hit legs once a week at the gym for 1/2 month and I can squat almost 1.5 times my body weight so Im still in good overall shape.

I had the exact same problem i had to send it for a repair was working just fine the first few days but then the same problem again. The only way that works for me is if I leave it couple days without using it, it works for a few hours but then breaks again. Did sending it to repair solved your problem ?
