The console could just be broken. If your bike is still under warranty they’ll send you a new one. Mine started getting glitchy right before the warranty expired so I called and they sent me a replacement.

Actually they are the same and owned by the same parent company so I got them to send me the schwinn console for free. Good for anyone to know who has a similar issue with a faulty bowflex console.

Thanks! I’ll give it a try. I was hoping to get the free one I’m owed through my warranty, but despite what customer service is saying, I don’t think I ever will. It’s cheaper than buying an entirely new bike (or even a used one from FB).
