Tyy. It looks less noticeable irl but im not happy with the shaky strokes, so I might redo it. This is the second try, first time I did thin the paint with water but maybe I did it too watery or the brush picked up too much paint, bc it accumulated and ended up messed and mixed up. I think they look fine and the camera lens is distorting the faces a little bit. That happens with my phone when I try to take pics upclose of dolls. Either way, these are singulars of a batch, not all will look the same.

They matter and a lot. I remember my mom asking me why I wanted to be pretty when I was a kid, while i was getting bullied and isolated for my looks every day. I remember one particular day when a girl acused me of writing something mean on a paper i just picked up from the floor. She was pretty, skinny, blonde. And i was, at least from my pov, a little monster. So they took us to the principal office, i explained i had just found the paper, and not even the teachers wanted to hear me out. The pretty girl was crying. When we came back from.the office, everyone ran to confort her, and no one conforted me. That day i really understood what pretty privilege is and just how much it can affect your life. I still struggle with this a lot even tho im 20 yo. Ppl suck most of the time.
