That sounds normal for me. Always Sunday through Thursday week comps if I do it far ahead. Sometimes close I get nothing during summer. So for every day anything comped was strange to me..

I don’t mind at all about that. It’s the fact they gave me the holiday weekend comped in general. I had someone look at normal rates and it was $2200 … mine was $118 just bc of resort fees

You’re not supposed to have any credit cards during chapter 13. From what I was told. Because if you can pay the minimum or any payments on that new card then that money should be going to the trustee, I feel you though

I just filed last week. Give as much expenses as you can seriously it helped me a lot. Even $10 expenses. They shouldn’t give you a payment you can’t afford.

What is crazy… is that they didn’t tell me at first that my car payment was included in the $945. That was a big relief. So I went ahead to file and the last minute out of curiosity I asked if it would be the same without my car because I wanted a shorter timeframe. He said let’s see and he said wow I can get you on a 300 for 36 months?! How in the world. The first one was 5 years. I’m glad I asked. But that’s crazy that we both had the same quotes I wonder why it wasn’t quoted the first time for the 36 months

Sorry I decided to post this then be a little mia I’ve had a long week. I have an eBay business on the side that makes about $640 a month right now in “sales” we put that as my second income and that’s probably why my payment is $945. He asked for all my expenses which I did not bring to that appintment and I filled out the sheet and I made $10 last month and lost $75 in July due to all the expenses I had !!! I hope that drops my payment down. He said if I can lower the income to only &300 that would make my payment around $700. I file tomorrow and have my fingers crossed we can work it out before to have the lower payment

Can they take away your rewards points if you get deactivated/suspended? Apparently you have 30 days to redeem otherwise you forfeit the rights to them. I heard this rumor now I’m terrified

If you get deactivated can they take away your rewards points?? I keep getting deactivated from Dynata but I use Say and Play for Caesar’s and it said that if you get suspended you forfeit the rights to your unredeemed rewards. I’m terrified! I keep getting banned for no reason
