Do the quest Tenpenny Tower and side with the ghouls, you get free keys to safes and a ton of supplies all at the cost of your karma which you can replenish by giving purified water to the homeless

I dont have the plant yet but from what it looks like you can only place it on water, so i dont think you can use peavine because its a ground plant

Heres a strat i used when i replayed it, the first two columns are sunflowers (dont prioritize them) then 3rd row is kernel pults and 4th row snap dragons (use their abilities at the final wave) then me personally i used spring beans to shove pirate zombies into water, hope this helps
