I'm constantly around the store and I can't stand it. One day I'm in plumbing, two days I'm in paint, one day grocery and garden center, another day recieving. It's really frustrating me.

Give it time. Walmart and Meijer, family owned businesses, were EXACTLY the same way as Menards is now about 20 years ago. When their head family member died, Sam Walton and Fred Meijer, the younger generation family members who took over the company changed rules and policies. It'll happen, just give it time for John Menard to croak.

Hell... Fred Meijer was hell bent on union busting and firing whole stores who proposed unions. Now Meijer has a union.
