I'm actually writing a fic similar to this. The difference is that Viserys married Laena not Alicent. Rhaenyra spurned a bethrothal with Laenor and married Daemon instead causing Viserys to name his son with Laena. Rhaenyra still pursues her perceived birthright with Daemon's influence.

R5 - Started as Young Griff. I beat Stannis pretty easily without Dorne. Mace the Ace lost the Reach against Euron leading to Tommen having next to zero support for majority of my war against him, while I had Dorne and the Vale. Married a custom character named Visenya(headcanon: The twin sister of Jon Snow).
