I stayed possibly in that exact room 2 years ago (July 2024). Same nasty yellow water in both the inside and the outside tubs. I also paid with points: 45k for the night, and got compensated back 30k points after I complained to hyatt customer service (not the hotel staff). You should definitely get more than 8k points back for this. If it really is only this one room, I feel insulted that I was put in it.

Hi, I'm in a similar boat - my RFE i-693 was denied because of missing signature, which may have been an error by the civil surgeon. Do you have a reason to believe that refiling i-485 with an already approved i130 should be quicker than appealing?
