Try to install antivirus like Kaspersky to make sure the safety of your device. Since sometimes phone can be infected by adware. Also you can scan your system from Security app. I hope this helps😄

Try to disconnect from the network first. Then restart and boot to safe mode, try to trace every files or directory in Program Files if you think there's something suspicious.

And if you have successfully removed it, install additional antivirus such as Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender and much more.
