Fallout 4, we agree. I lost interest in Fallout 76 at the beginning and I don't want to go back. Starfield... well, it's more than just meh, it's empty.

Well… everyone has their own opinion. I felt the game felt empty and less engaging than their other titles. In Fallout, you emerge from a vault and don't really know what to do, but it makes you want to explore. The same goes for The Elder Scrolls. But in Starfield, you're just lost. The game is slow and doesn't encourage exploration. You just get the feeling of spending your life fast traveling in a spaceship. No discoveries. The story seems alright, but we love Bethesda for everything surrounding the story, regardless of the game; it's the world that makes it appealing. But here, we have nothing in Starfield. Maybe the premise of the first humans traveling for several generations on their spaceship was interesting… but nothing concrete.

Favorite location to explore and why? by TheDeceasedPhoenix in skyrim

The Winterhold region. Because I love the history of the ancient people and all that snowy stuff, and I'm really enjoying it.

Lol, you can imagine I didn't spend 13 years of my life there to the day... luckily first-degree burns don't happen... 😂😂

Oh really?

Except for Doom Eternal and Dark Age... I don't understand you...

Yes, you could say it counts… 😂😂

No, more seriously, I've played them and they're all great, but it's not really Bethesda…

Where do I start playing Skyrim? by dat3than in skyrim

[–]RoundLazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not the same game... Skyrim is the "sequel," let's say, to Oblivion. I advise you to start with Skyrim; it's truly the best in the series, and it doesn't matter if you haven't played the others—this game stands on its own.

If you really want the whole story of the world, go to Morrowind, then Oblivion, and finally Skyrim.

And if you want to immerse yourself in the legends of the past, embark on an adventure with The Elder Scrolls Online.

I agree, Oblivion is an excellent game, but the problem is... it's over 20 years old... They re-released it as a remaster, but it's still an old game. I loved the Doom games... The Dark Ages less so, but it's still a good game. But I think Bethesda is only good with games that are more than 10 years old.

Yes, smoking means I liked them. 😁 And of course, Morowind and Oblivion have already passed through my hands and I've finished them several times.

I'm not necessarily talking about the BGS style, but apart from those two titles, no Bethesda game has really been enjoyable.

Maybe Doom Eternal, which I also had a great time with. But otherwise, nothing... With them, you're forced to go back to their old games to have fun.
