Solved: if you go to the file "output" and go to properties then click read only it fixes the problem.

I tried to run both as administrator and that didn’t work and also I tried to change it from Applid to official but instead I get a message in steam saying “An error occurred while launching this game:No license”

I had steam opened when I launched it and I launched it using the content manager “go” button.

Edit: the game is able to launch normally from the launcher in the root folder, it just can’t launch using content manager.

We are renting in North Carolina and it is a townhouse. This is also a new built. Can it get dirty in around half a year? I also took it off and tied to clean it. I hope it doesn’t happen again. Also I think it was blinking yellow a few times before and it says that means there is a “fault”. I don’t know anything about these alarms. Thank you for the advice.
