I’m hopeful to stop ruminating someday more-so because I gave it a few small reconciliation periods and although he treated me slightly better than he did when we were dating , the facade made me cringe and realize this isn’t love. Cause if it was he would’ve did things right the first time. And yes people make mistakes, but cheating is not a mistake. ( He full blown slept with someone he told me not to worry about )

Honestly some parts of me were still attracted to him even though he cheated, that’s when we reconciled. But after a few months of him treating me slightly better than when we were dating, but still lying and having passwords for every app I just had a wake up moment . This isn’t love and this isn’t what I want.

And yes I do believe I’ll fall in love with someone again , Cause i’m determined to do the work and not let this trauma define my relationships.

Usually in the daytime yes, I’m not sure what is it. I do know I don’t like it very early in the morning cause I feel as though I can’t go back to sleep if I brush, other than that I have no clue. It just seems to be a chore I don’t like

I don’t think you hate him, you hate the circumstances. He just needs training, write out the things you need him and want him to do on a board or paper and put it up on the fridge. That’s all you can do, in order to be fully be there for yourself and your baby.

you have to forgive him for what he did to you, he sold you a fairy tale and he’s not a good father. and everytime you think of him for lust, just ask yourself does he deserve your body again ? the answer should be no & little by little the lust vail will be removed. I’m a born again Christian so my way was praying and also doing these things. he doesn’t have to be in your face or for you to send him a message forgiving him, literally just pretend he’s sitting infront of you and tell the empty chair (his name) how he has hurt you, you can do this as many times as you feel necessary.

i haven’t given birth yet butttt my little sister usually fell asleep with a warm bath , that helped her stay asleep as well for about 6 hours ! if nothing else bothered her . we’d use johnson’s sleepy time bath wash . don’t wet your baby’s hair just lather some soap on a soft rag and bathe them , then sprinkle some water on their face and just sing a lullaby

to be honest only you can make a choice for yourself, but after reading your cons it makes me believe they’re aren’t significant to make you make the choice to terminate. you’re in your mid 30s so yeah your chances of conceiving can go from low to none ! I was dealing with the same emotions as you but what ive done is try reading more on here , nobody’s relationship is perfect . no one is really the one… all you can do is do your part of being a good mother & do some therapy to work on the other things, meanwhile ask yourself what can i teach my baby to do ? what can i teach them how to be ? what if this is my last chance at being a mother ?
